Hong Kong Individual / Joint Account
- Photocopy of Hong Kong ID card(s) or passport(s) of the proposed account holder(s)
- Proof of home address (e.g. utilities or telephone bills, bank statements, etc.)
Hong Kong Limited Company Account
- Copies of the HONG KONG ID cards/passports of: the Authorised Persons named in item 13 of the Securities Trading Account Application/ substantial shareholders/ ultimate principal beneficial owners.
- Address proof of residence (within the recent 3 months) of the directors/substantial shareholders/ authorized persons/ ultimate principal beneficial owners.
- A certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate of the Applicant.
- A certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
- A certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association or other constitutive documents.
- An accurate and up-to-date list of the current directors and officers.
- A certified copy of board resolutions approving the terms and authorising the execution of the Client Agreement.
- Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity or written waiver signed by a director of SHKOSL.
- If an ultimate beneficiary is not an Applicant, a certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation and the Business Registration Certificate (if a corporation) or a copy of the Hong Kong ID card / passport (if an individual) of the ultimate beneficiary.
B.V.I. and other non-Hong Kong companies
- Copies of the HONG KONG ID cards/passports of: the Authorised Persons named in item 13 of the Securities Trading Account Application/ substantial shareholders / ultimate principal beneficial owners.
- Address proof of residence (within the recent 3 months) of the directors/substantial shareholders/ authorized persons/ ultimate principal beneficial owners.
- Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
- A certificate of incumbency, or Registered Agents Certificate identifying the current directors and officers, verified or issued by the registered agent of the Company.
- A Certificate of Good Standing or document to the same extent, showing if the corporation is more than 12 months old, a current copy of the receipt of license fee issued by the relevant Registrar of Companies, or a document remitting the fee and stamped as having arrived at the Registers office.
- Certified copy of Resolution of Companys Board authorising the opening of the account(s) and directors persons authorised.
- Details of the true beneficial ownership of the company.
- Deed of Indemnity from the controlling shareholder or another person acceptable to us.
Remarks:
- For Hong Kong Corporate Accounts: All copies should be certified by Director
- For Offshore Corporate Accounts: All copies should be certified by C.P.A or Solicitor. (Practising)
