The only requirement for you to access your trading account on eMO! is to complete the account activation process which can be done on the trading portals of EBSHK (i.e. either www.ebshkfg.com or www.ebshkdirect.com). Steps to activate the trading password disabling function: 1. Using the Two-factor authentication method to login to your account. Select “Disable Trading Password” at the account management menu. 2. Click the box and confirm. 3. The message “Trading Password is disabled” will pop up and you will be logged out of the system. An email and SMS will be sent to you about the change. The change will be effective when you login the next time.
