How do I withdraw funds from my account?

On-line request

  • You can give withdrawal instructions any time before 11:00am on the settlement day (T+2).
  • We will only transfer funds to clients pre-designated bank account. Normal processing takes two business days. For Standard Chartered Bank transfer, same day value is available.
  • To notify us, login to www.SHKdirect.com and go to the HK shares trading page to fill-in and submit the online Funds Withdrawal Form. We will send you confirmation of the withdrawal by email.


Written request

  • If you do not have access to the Internet to submit the Funds Withdrawal Form, you can fax a Withdrawal Letter to us at (852) 3920 2082 with your authorised signature and the following information:
    1. Account name
    2. Account number
    3. Withdrawal amount
    4. Beneficiary bank
    5. Branch (non mandatory)
    6. Beneficiary name
    7. Bank account number (has to be a pre-designated account stated on the account opening form)
    8. Authorised signature
  • The withdrawal will be reflected in the Account Balance of your online account once the process is completed.
  • All overdue instructions received after 11:00am will be processed the next working day.


Charges:

  1. Transfer to accounts with Standard Chartered Bank is free of charge.
  2. Transfer to accounts with other banks through CHATS is subject to HK$20 per transaction (value same day).
  3. Transfer through auto-pay system is free of charge (your account will be debited on the date of instruction received and the transfer made on the next banking business day).

How do I withdraw funds from my account?

All successful applications and allotments will be settled through your trading account. To withdraw funds, simply go to our trading platform to complete and submit the online Funds Withdrawal Form.

We shall credit the money to your trading account upon receipt of the money refunded.

How can I retrieve my margin deposit if my position is closed out?

When closing out the position in your account, the initial margin and the trade price difference will be reflected in your account. You can withdraw the funds the next working day.

How do I withdraw funds from my account with “Futures Trader Pro”?

You can give withdrawal instructions any time before 11:00am.

We will only transfer funds to a client’s pre-designated bank account. Normal processing takes two business days. For a Standard Chartered Bank transfer, same day value is available.

Electronic request
To notify us, login to Futures Trader Pro to complete and submit the Funds Withdrawal Form. We will send you a confirmation of the withdrawal by email.

Written request
If you do not have access to the system to submit the Funds Withdrawal Form, you can fax a Withdrawal Letter with your authorised signature and the following information to us at (852) 3920 2082.
